Amy joined Duke Animal Clinic in May of 2007. She graduated from Auburn University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Her major in Zoology/Biodiversity and Conservation. Amy has worked in primary animal care since high school in Augusta, Georgia. While at Auburn she worked at the Raptor Rehabilitation Center. Before moving to Mobile, Amy worked with primates in the psychology department at Vanderbilt University in Nashville.

Currently, Amy is pursuing certification to become a Licensed Veterianry Technician.
